ITC Accounting System

Xero is the engine. ITC builds the financial workflow around it.

We use Xero, Hubdoc, PayEvo and the ITC Accounting Portal as one connected system — not four unrelated software subscriptions.

Xero Partner

We use the capabilities already inside Xero instead of rebuilding basic accounting outside the ledger.

That gives the business one financial record and gives us room to configure the system around how you actually operate.

Capabilities we can build into the system

Own the process, not just the bookkeeping.

Not every business needs every feature. We configure the ones that solve an actual operating problem.

Banking & reconciliation

Connected bank activity, statement imports, matching, bank rules, cash coding and reconciliation review.

Bills & payables

Supplier bills, due dates, accounts payable visibility and payment workflows.

Invoicing & receivables

Online invoices, payment status, reminders, customer balances and receivables reporting.

GST/HST

Sales-tax coding, review and return reporting tied back to reconciled transactions.

Fixed assets

Asset records, depreciation and period-end entries kept inside the accounting workflow.

Reporting & dashboard

Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow visibility, receivables, payables and management reports.

Quotes, projects & inventory

Where appropriate, use Xero capabilities for quoting, project tracking, stock and job-related financial visibility.

Multi-currency & integrations

Premium-plan currency support plus connected apps for the parts of the business Xero should not handle itself.

Hubdoc

Send your bills and receipts once. We’ll keep them connected to the books.

Upload, email or capture bills and receipts digitally. Hubdoc pulls in the basic details, and we review the accounting, tax and itemization in Xero before the month is closed.

Less repetitive admin for recurring suppliers

When the same supplier behaves predictably, rules and auto-sync can speed things up. We still review the result in Xero so automation does not replace judgment.

PayEvo

Canadian payroll becomes part of the financial system.

PayEvo handles the payroll engine — calculations, employee pay records, direct-deposit and remittance workflows — while the payroll expenses flow back into the accounting record for reconciliation and reporting.

Common questions

About the accounting system.

What software does ITC Accounting use?

Xero is the accounting core, Hubdoc supports document capture, PayEvo supports Canadian payroll, and the ITC Accounting Portal handles client questions, requests, documents and financial report delivery.

Can ITC configure Xero features beyond basic bookkeeping?

Yes. Depending on your plan and business needs, the Xero core can support invoicing, bills, bank reconciliation, contacts, quotes, projects, inventory, fixed assets, multi-currency, reporting and connected apps.

Do clients need to learn every app in the stack?

No. No. ITC sets up the tools and responsibilities so you only need to interact with the parts that are actually useful to your business.
