One place for bookkeeping questions, documents and financial reports.
The Portal gives you one place to answer bookkeeping questions, send documents and find finished financial reports instead of chasing everything through email.
Questions and financials stay connected to your books.
Month-end gets stuck when communication gets scattered.
A single missing receipt or unidentified deposit can hold up reconciliation. The Portal lets us ask the question in context, lets you answer it once, and keeps the response with the bookkeeping request.

How we workAbout the Portal.
What is the ITC Accounting Portal?
The ITC Accounting Portal is the secure client workspace used to communicate with ITC Accounting, answer bookkeeping questions, upload files and receipts, respond to recurring requests, and review published financial reports.
Is the Portal the same thing as Xero?
No. Xero is the accounting ledger. The ITC Accounting Portal is the client communication and reporting layer around the bookkeeping relationship.
How do reminders work?
Outstanding client requests can be followed up automatically by email or text depending on the portal configuration, and reminders stop once the item is completed.
